Neston, the tool I wish
I'd had.
“Your inbox is not one tool among others. As important as your core business software, it is where a large part of the professional relationship is played out.
A client's question, a missing document, an approval, a follow-up, a deadline: it all goes through there.
I trained as a chartered accountant. In 2013, I founded Comptasanté, an online accounting start-up that I ran for ten years.
My days, like those of my teams, were paced by a frenzy of emails, WhatsApp, SMS, Teams, Slack…
The problem was not communicating. The problem was all the time lost around it: finding the context again, tracking down a document, working out what had been decided, what was still expected, following up…
I tried many tools, optimised Outlook, Gmail, our processes. Nothing was truly satisfying.
Something fundamental was missing: an understanding of the context, of the profession, of the style…
So I decided to build the tool I would have wanted.
Neston was born of that frustration: an intelligence able to understand communication flows, to capture information, to put it back into context and to turn exchanges into cases that are genuinely followed through.”
Our ambition
Our ambition is to make Neston the reference intelligence for managing communication flows and keeping track of professionals' cases.
Emails, WhatsApp, SMS, Teams, video calls… information is now scattered across a multitude of conversations.
Neston wants to give it meaning again: bringing together in one single place the information from all those exchanges, understanding the context, identifying what is important, what has been agreed, what is still to be obtained and what needs to be done.
We do not simply want to help you reply faster.
We capture, understand and organise the information in your exchanges so that you can focus on what really counts: your clients, your cases and your profession.
