All elements of the Neston service (source code, design, logos, texts, illustrations, databases) are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners, and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trademark: "Neston" is a trademark registered with the INPI (French National Industrial Property Institute) under no. 5296420 on September 10, 2026, and with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) under no. 019265432 on September 9, 2026.

4. Terms of use

Use of Neston is subject to acceptance of the General Terms of Use (GTU), accessible in the Outlook add-in upon first connection. The full GTU will be published on this same page at the paid launch.
