Neston service data is stored on the OVH data center located in Gravelines (France).

3. Intellectual property

All elements of the Neston service (source code, design, logos, texts, illustrations, databases) are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners, and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trademark: "Neston" is a trademark currently being registered with the INPI (French National Industrial Property Institute).

4. Terms of use

Use of Neston is subject to acceptance of the General Terms of Use (GTU), accessible in the Outlook add-in upon first connection. The full GTU will be published on this same page at the paid launch.

5. Privacy policy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, as amended.

The Neston service is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, except where mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
